Transparency, openness, and responsiveness to the public’s concerns must be an integral part of dealing with residents of the City of Nashua but this is NOT what our mayor and/or legal is doing.
The City of Nashua has just been served with another Right-to-Know lawsuit scheduled for court on April 6, 2021. Attorney Lehmann, Lehmann Major List, PLLC in Concord, will be representing the plaintiff in the lawsuit against the City of Nashua for withholding public information.
Sadly, the only way to attempt to change the way the City responds to its citizens is to go to court. Let us see how the courts respond to Nashua’s compliance with the Right-To-Know law.
