Remember that old 70s commercial for Wrigley’s Doublemint gum? It would say “double your pleasure.” Voting the wrong way on HB238 is one way to pleasure the old battle axe, and 25 Rs just voted to indefinitely postpone the Right to Work bill.
Keeping in mind that Queen Sharon (Carson) is also an enemy of 91A, let’s cross-reference the list of Rs that voted the wrong way on the RTK tax (HB 1002) last year with those 25 union sympathizers.

As Chau Kelley would say, “there you have it, Ladies and Gentlemen.” Those 10 “fake Republicans,” to use Kelley Potenza parlance, have established themselves as kindred spirits of their Speaker’s senator and other-side-of-the-wall counterpart. One Londonderry local just quipped that it would be no surprise if they receive campaign donations from Queen Sharon. Let’s follow up on that before the next election.
