Moms for Liberty Hillsborough County Chapter Stands in Support of Female Athletes and Condemns Kearsarge School District’s Violation of the “Fairness in Women’s Sports Act”
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, NH – Moms for Liberty Hillsborough County is deeply concerned and disappointed by the Kearsarge School District’s recent decision to allow a biological male athlete to compete in girls’ sports, directly violating New Hampshire’s “Fairness in Women’s Sports Act.” This action not only threatens the safety and opportunities of female athletes in the district but also sets a dangerous precedent for schools across the state.
As advocates for parental rights and the well-being of our children, Moms for Liberty Hillsborough County firmly believes in protecting the integrity of women’s sports and ensuring fair competition for all. The Kearsarge School District’s decision undermines these values and puts female athletes at risk.
We urge the district to reconsider its stance and adhere to the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act, which was enacted to protect girls and women from unfair competition and preserve the opportunities that women have fought so hard to achieve in athletics.
Moms for Liberty Hillsborough County stands with the female athletes in the Kearsarge School District and will continue to advocate for their rights and safety. We encourage our community to join us in calling for a fair and equitable athletic environment for all students.
Several members of the Kearsarge School Board are up for election next year. We are committed to supporting candidates who have signed the Parents Pledge and look forward to empowering parents in Kearsarge, Merrimack County, and throughout the state of New Hampshire.
