Dear Ms. Fenton,
After repeated complaints by residents and parents around New Hampshire, I am requesting an investigation into the illegal actions by the Kearsarge school district, and any other district that has participated in their illegal activity.
HB1205 was signed into law in July by Governor Sununu, and requires schools to designate athletics by sex and prohibits biological males from participating in female athletics. This bill further creates various causes of action based on violations of the provisions in the bill.

I do understand that a New Hampshire judge issued an injunction against HB1205 on behalf of two biological males playing on female teams. However, that injunction does not apply to the biological male who currently plays on the Kearsarge soccer team. Kearsarge has flagrantly violated this new law by allowing a biological male to play on their soccer team. In addition, schools like Hillsboro-Deering have allowed their girls soccer team to play against Kearsarge. Claremont has a game coming up on the 12th.
Would this violate the Code of Conduct or the Code of Ethics?
It would be helpful for everyone to know if school officials can now ignore state statute. Under what conditions can the individuals working in our schools ignore state law before a court has issued a ruling? What happens if a female player is injured during a game by the biological male/s playing on the opposing team? Would any of these schools defying state statute be held liable if there is an injury ? School Board Members and administrators have failed to provide parents and players with some of these answers.
Parents, residents and girls playing soccer are genuinely confused. Who gets to break a law, and who does not? Are there any state laws that students or parents can ignore too?
Sincerely,
Ann Marie Banfield
