We ran into some issues with the initial launch of this iteration of The ‘Grok and had to do some tap dancing back and forth to fix them. I won’t bore you with details, but it wasn’t fun for me.
We went live again at about 8:16 ET this evening. We seem to be stable now (the site, at least), but if you added a comment before that but after the new site went live on Saturday, it is possible it did not survive that bit of managed chaos. Or, maybe DISQUS works and it put it back.
If not, my apologies.
And yes, we still plan to leave DISQUS for WordPress comments, but as noted in my update this morning, not for a wee bit.
