Anne Edwards’ appointment to a commission on access to justice?

It’s amazing what PR can do for justice in NH to forget the past when it comes to Anne Edwards:

“Justice” Anne Edwards signed the order against Robert LaMontagne, which would have granted him access to the Laurie List files of James F. McLaughlin, which Grafton County DA Martha Hornick had seen, knew there was exculpatory evidence, but took it upon herself not to share that with Robert LaMontagne – despite her obligation to do so under Brady v. Maryland.

Edwards signed an order to seal, and then Robert LaMontagne was held in contempt of court because he shared the order to seal while still being completely in the dark about what exactly was being sealed. Documentation of PUBLIC CORRUPTION was being sealed, and the court’s awareness of corruption by a “law enforcement” officer. There is no other explanation whatsoever.

While in the AG’s office, Anne Edwards was copied in on an email chain circulating regarding a “manuscript” in 2020. That manuscript was for the memoir “Notes on a Silencing” (by Lacy Crawford and about her alleged sexual assault while a student at St Paul’s School), which mentions Laurie List officer James F. McLaughlin by description on page 350. Per RTK emails from the AG’s office, they were writing notes in the margins of the book. I suspect to remove mention of James F. McLaughlin’s name.

I recall Anne Edwards also claimed in the AG’s office that she was confident there was separation of powers, which is a joke since she knows full well there isn’t any. She knows that the Supreme Court presides over the Administrative Offices of the Court, which presides over the Attorney Disciplinary Office, and that Drummond Woodsum is the outside counsel to both of these, as well as being the counsel for the NHMA, which successfully lobbied against HB111, which would have provided access to civil justice for citizens in cases of corruption by public officials.
