The anti-free speech numbers for younger folks are bad. A majority (55%) are uncomfortable, meaning they are already well on their way to the world of thought-crime. 7 in 10 think some speech is the equivalent of actual violence. Hate speech is a thing, and they are not uncomfortable letting someone in a position of power decide what that means.
These are significant and meaningful numbers of college-age “kids.” Disturbing proof of the success of progressive public education (by which I mean the failure of the Americant education system).
So, you may not be surprised to learn that 62% of Americans under the age of thirty support socialism.
A recent survey by the Cato Institute and YouGov paints a troubling picture: 62 percent of Americans aged 18–29 say they hold a “favorable view” of socialism, and 34 percent say the same of communism. This is shocking given that communism is responsible for 100 million deaths worldwide and is rooted in socialism, the same philosophy that spawned both Mussolini’s fascism and Hitler’s National Socialism. To favor socialism is to flirt with tyranny.
The survey was only 2000 people, but it is proof that they have not only been lied to, but they have been inculcated with the progressive mind virus.
It also demonstrates the effectiveness of information tribalism and how internet algorithms corner you with content that feeds your mind virus. Even an accidental discovery of any truth about socialism or communism should lead to a paradigm-shattering date with the world’s largest crap sandwich.
Oops, I just discovered that all the things we’ve been accusing Trump of are actually features of a systemic road to communism, which is weird because none of us have been rounded up, jailed without trials, disappeared during the dark hours of the day, been silenced from speaking out publicly, or simply executed. Like I said, weird.
A total of 43 percent said they have a “favorable” view of socialism, and for those aged 18–29, 62 percent said favorable. For communism, a total of 14 percent said they have a favorable view; however, in the 18–29 group, 34 percent said favorable. That’s about 18 million people. (The findings are estimates: there are an estimated 52 million Americans aged 18–29, so 34 percent is 17.68 million; 62 percent of that age group is roughly 32 million people.)
That extrapolation is a bit of a stretch for a poll of just 2000 people, but the threat potential is worth taking seriously. The other issue is that, if these ‘gens’ can’t seem to get their S-H-I-T together, a gig in education or politics seems the most likely place for them to land, assuming AI hasn’t replaced them. AI that has been programmed by the people who taught them in such a way as to produce these sorts of polling results.
It is a scary picture, but the likes of Cortez and Mamdani, bolstered by the alien invaders, catalyze the risk. As bad as the historical record may be and as many failed examples of Democrat-Socialism here and abroad as there are, the allure of not handing all the responsibility over to the government continues to appeal.
They truly believe the lie that it’s never been done right and this time…

Yeah. Socialism and Communism are so cool ‘cuz they didn’t tell you, did they? Democratic Socialism is a tool for Marxists to reach socialism, and its only purpose is to arrive at communism. After that, no one cares what you think unless it deviates from the party narrative.
You get to have their opinion or none at all. No polling either. And if you want to truly grasp the power of a one-party state engaged in political prosecution and persecution, you keep thinking “socialism” is a good idea. But one more warning. Once you go there, there is no coming back without guns, and you won’t be allowed to have any.
