MACDONALD: Illegal and Unconstitutional

No one breaks laws or violates rights like Democrats. Keep that in mind as they work to build their latest anti-Trump “unlawful orders” narrative.

I published a piece yesterday about what has germinated from the seed planted by the seditious six. A handful of Democrats posted a video reminding members of the US military not to follow illegal orders, as if they didn’t already know that. As the outrage swelled, not a one could name one, but that was never the point. The goal was to set the cornerstone for the narrative—members of the military need to be careful. Dems will be back in power, perhaps sooner than you think, and if you “followed Trump’s orders,” we’ll be looking into that and you.

This looks a lot like another effort to slow or stop National Guard support for ICE operations that are reducing the physical populations of blue areas overcrowded with illegals.

In that ‘Grok post, I point out that illegal orders and ignoring the law or the Constitution are the foundation of the Democrat Party. When the narrative raises its head, shout it down with evidence; there’s plenty of it. But one aspect of the buildup that began this week needed a bit more sunlight.

Psaki and MSNOW amplify the ‘Dems will prosecute anyone taking part in the Mark Kelly investigation’ intimidation campaign:

Psaki: “What do you think the consequences should be for people who are abiding by following these steps from the Commander In Chief?”

Kirschner: “They’re following unlawful commands from Donald Trump. And if you’re committing offenses and your defense is going to be ‘I was just following orders’ — You know, that didn’t work out so well at Nuremberg.”

“When the rule of law comes back into the light of day, that will have to be tackled. They’ll have to be held accountable for those abuses.”

Thank you for bringing up Nuremberg.

And yes, the Nazi tie-in was cute—Trump, Republicans, Nazis, illegal orders. Speaking of which, who told every member of the military they had to get the unvetted, experimental vaccine even if they didn’t want it or had a legitimate religious exemption? Who said they’d discharge anyone who refused to follow that order? Whose officers and generals and the like followed that illegal order without a peep from the concerned Democrats.

Nuremberg.

How about the Nuremberg code of medical ethics? Established as a result of Nazi experimentation on human beings. The rule of informed consent? Was anyone who was intimidated into taking a COVID-19 “vaccine” fully informed? No. And that can be argued as a matter of downstream ignorance. No one really knew what they didn’t know, but that’s no excuse. You also lied about the contagion risk, the mortality risk, and the efficacy of the alleged treatment.

No one followed medical ethics, and the bulk of the unlawful, illegal, and Unconstitutional orders came from the Democrats watering this new narrative.

I advise you, dear readers, not to let them get away with it. None of it.

The Left’s public factions outside the military will use the intimidation narrative to intimidate members of the military into not following legal orders. And yes, they want to slow or stop deportations of, ironically, people here unlawfully, breaking the law. People whom the Democrats and their media allies have instructed to ignore the law. They have instructed Americans to break the law to prevent legal action to remove unlawful aliens in your country, many of them criminals in their own.

None of what they are doing should work, but most of the voters who could be convinced are not necessarily aware of the left’s contradictions or hypocrisy.

I know you want to live your life, but they will never leave you alone. They will never leave the undecideds and independents alone. Our best hope is to keep them as far away from power as possible, and you need only share any of the abundant evidence to make the case.

The Constitution and the Law will not protect you from Democrat abuses of power. Keeping them away from it is our only hope, and they are proof that this is true.
