While it may give the half of the country that believes we are a Judeo-Christian backed Constitutional Republic a warm fuzzy over the country’s response to the Democrat Party’s lawfare, don’t get too
excited. If you think the party that has seemingly gone full-blown Marxist cares about Trump’s fundraising, post-conviction, or how ridiculous President Biden’s response was to questions about how the GOP might use the same shameful tactics against him, think again. The Donkey Party’s asinine lust for power is their “the ends justify the means” endgame. It is their paramount mission in life.
Democrats have no conscience about any of this. It is about holding onto power while they continue to fundamentally transform this country. Unless and until Republicans are willing to commit to fighting back with real actions instead of strongly worded but feckless condemnations, the long march to complete Communist-style perdition will continue until this country has lost its moral soul, and the title of “shining city upon a hill” as Ronald Reagan reminded us.
Yes, the United States of America has been the “City Upon a Hill”, a phrase from Jesus’s Sermon on the Mount. America once embraced the concept of American Exceptionalism. Conservative Americans still do. Joseph Biden, Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and the anti-liberal left in this country think of that term for us with an intense loathing.
While thinking about the Democrat Party and its leaders, please understand what undergirds their belief system: No love of country. No connection to the real world. Finally, they see themselves as kings and queens with a venomous hatred in their hearts for Republicans. One example is our former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who often invoked former First Lady Michelle Obama’s deceptive assertion, “when they go low, we go high.” Unable to hide her intense loathing of Trump supporters, she called us a “basket of deplorables”, then added that we are “irredeemable.” Plus, we are “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, you name it.”
Near the end of Clinton’s presidential campaign, both she and Barack Obama suggested during appearances that Trump was the candidate of the Ku Klux Klan. Which Party was it that adored Robert “KKK” Byrd? Just a reminder of how long the Democrats have been attacking and demonizing Donald Trump. Unless the GOP very soon comes to grips with how ruthless the progressive movement has been and continues unabated, we will have allowed the party of slavery and utopian delusions to bring us into the same pit of socialist destruction.
