MacDonald: Ten Thousand More ICE Agents

…The Left, Crime, and Punishment

Crime and Punishment. No, not the epic story by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, I’m thinking along parallel but different lines. Our protagonists, the Democrat party leadership, perpetuate evil and think themselves extraordinary, but they simultaneously serve as the antagonists in the stories of many others. The Dems and their narrative mules are outraged by the passage of a piece of legislation that funds an additional 10,000 immigration and customs/border patrol agents.

The One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB) is now the One Big Beautiful Law (OBBL) with the understanding that Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, unless we’re talking Dungeons & Dragons, and then the Beholder is the big floating thing with many eyes. The OBBB, now the OBBL, expends tax dollars on the hiring, training, and retention of officers who will locate, detain, and deport individuals who entered the country illegally. And while I am no fan of growing budgets and government agencies, this is, in fact, a Constitutional function of the Federal Government and an area of concern.

Many millions entered the US illegally while Kamala was the border tsar at President Autopen’s instruction. We have no idea if Biden knew, but that is a matter to be litigated by historians who aren’t on the DNC payroll. These alien invaders include criminals and insane asylum deportees sent here deliberately, and gang members and military-aged men with various nefarious intentions. Our enemies did not ignore the open border, and it would be ignorant or naive to think they wouldn’t take some advantage.

Even if there are no Islamofascist sleeper cells or Chinese militants organized to direct infrastructure attacks within our borders, we still need the boots on the ground.

Ten thousand more border agents could help us track down the tens of thousands of minors the previous Administration “misplaced.” Not to deport them but to verify their safety and, if possible, reconnect them to their families here or outside the country.

Ten thousand more border patrol agents can work to secure the northern border with the same degree of completeness with which we’ve secured the southern border.

Ten thousand more armed border patrol agents will be of significantly more value than the 87,000 armed IRS agents President Autopen’s handlers appropriated with your tax dollars. Tax officers sent to harass you and eat out your substance.

Ten thousand more ICE agents can follow up on the alleged sleeper cells and identify, imprison, or deport them faster.

Ten thousand more ICE agents will locate and remove criminals harming illegal and legal immigrant communities as well as actual citizens, lowering crimes, like extortion, property theft, assault, rape, and murder.

Ten thousand more border and customs agents can aid in slowing the influx of illegal drugs into the country, which is killing our family members and ruining millions of lives.

Ten thousand more ICE and Border Patrol agents can assist in stemming and stopping the tide of human trafficking, including children and young women who are sex trafficked against their will.

And while an additional ten thousand ICE agents doesn’t seem like enough to do all of that, their activities will likely round up some people here illegally who are not violent, gang members, or trafficking anything except a day’s work for a day’s pay. But here’s the thing.

Donald Trump didn’t create the mess he was elected to clean up. If the deliberate effort by Democrats to displace the will of actual citizens to stuff Congress with progressive legislators results in peaceful, hard-working illegals getting deported, you’re still here illegally. My advice is to volunteer to self-deport and then ask to come back the right way. Follow the law. If you’re so valuable, someone here will speak for you, and you can begin the process of legal entry.

Second, how much crime, drugs, rape, murder, trafficking and chaos are we supposed to tolerate in exchange for not accidentally deporting someone who is still here illegally but wasn’t violent.

The answer is none, and anyone here illegally on any terms, no matter how peaceful, has no claim to the benefits of American citizenship, especially if they are in the company of people who are more interested in turning the United States into Mexico or some other nation, not America.

Democrats put you in this position, not Republicans.

And for those of you protesting that no one can be illegal (on stolen land), it’s all stolen. Every inch planet-wide. Every culture has had slaves, and many still do. The current political power is not descended from the indigenous populations of yore, if even there were any. So, set up shop in Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela, or even France or Spain. Show up, uninvited, without permission, and march around with your signs and slogans.

And if you let us know what foreign jail you end up in, assuming they don’t shoot you, maybe we’ll write.

The world is full of people who think they are extraordinary, and have convinced some of us that we should put up with theft, homelessness, human trafficking, drug cartels, roberry, assault, rape and murder, primarily of minorites and legal and illegal immigrants, to prevent the odd “good” illegal alien from getting deported.

And they don’t care about the crime or who gets punished as long as it’s not them, and that is evil.
