If you didn’t know or just forgot, Democrats hate women.
Democrats have been at war with men for years, but truth be told, they’ve been at war with women for longer. The political left convinced them being a mom was bad. Being a stay-at-home mom was worse. That being a single mom was not bad, which -when they fell into poverty was the fault of men and Republicans. Not so; it was the Dems.
None of it was good for kids, moms, girls, women, or America.
Moms, women, and girls were already in trouble when Democrats decided men had a right to be women and in women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, everywhere, including prisons. They didn’t need an ID (Dems hate those unless you need to get into a state or national party convention). Just say you feel like a woman which works for predators and pedophiles looking for an opportunity. If you beat or rape women, you can claim to be one and get yourself into a target-rich environment like a battered women’s shelter or a women’s prison.
Democrats did that, too, and women and girls continue to pay the price.
Democrats opened the border and helped the third world empty its prisons into America. Girls and women become victims of assault, rape, and murder, but if you complain, you are xenophobic or racist.
If a mandated vaccine does not dull your memory, Democrats hated women who had religious or conscience objections to the government or their employer telling them what they had to do with or put into their bodies. The majority of force in that equation came from the political left.
Democrats hate women so much they can’t define what one is and, when cornered, will shout something about how biological structures and their underlying genetics are a social construct. And brick walls are curtains of rain that you can pass through effortlessly in your Prius.
This sort of not thinking, layered with threats and calls for compassion, produced additions to rules and laws that created carve-outs for people with mental illness, giving them access to women and girls in vulnerable spaces.
Iowa isn’t having it anymore.
Governor Kim Reynolds just signed a bill that makes “gender” synonymous with biological sex rather than any random revolving identity.
In addition, people with sexual developmental disorders — including persons with intersex traits — would be afforded legal protections that cover people with disabilities. The terms “gender” and “gender identity” were also struck out in the bill.
Distinctions in state law based on sex apply to various spaces including detention facilities, locker rooms and restrooms, and align with the state government’s “objectives of protecting the health, safety, and privacy of the persons in these contexts.” Furthermore, surgeries to remove sex organs or hormonal treatments affecting biological sex would no longer be grounds for state approval of a new birth certificate for Iowans, according to the bill.
Iowa tightened up its civil rights law because the blurry image created by the social construct of gender identity permitted infringements on the rights of girls and women.
No other state has yet made this leap, but it should. If not everyone can have it, as they say…
