Democrats fear Elon having access to sensitive information.
Too many people combine the terms hack, breach, and leak as synonyms.
A data “hack” is intentionally done by an outside source breaking into computer systems with malice intent.
Breach is the term being used to make people fear Elon.
A data “leak” is the accidental release of information, often due to negligence in computer systems without malice intent.
In 2024, the United States experienced un-presidential, I mean unprecedented data breaches, with over 1.7 billion notices issued. At&t failed to secure 73 million customers data as the attackers gained access to customers social security numbers. In case you are not aware Biden was the president at the time. Kaiser Health, well they tossed over 13.5 million members personal data into the data breach honey pot under Biden’s administration. The health sector didn’t fail to disappoint during Biden’s administration as they continued to party in the data breach parade of 2024.
Ascension Health: A breach that affected 5.6 million people.
HealthEquity: A breach that affected 4.3 million people.
Concentra Health: A breach that affected 4 million people.
The Nebraska Attorney General filed a lawsuit against UnitedHealth Group and its subsidiaries Change Healthcare and Optum, citing the companies violated state consumer protection laws after the colossal ransomware attack in February. The attack released personal health information while targeting claims payments and processing. Most consider the UnitedHealth Group attack the most significant data breach of 2024. One hundred million customer data was collected when it could have been prevented.
The above brings the health sector’s 2024 data breaches to a whopping 110+ million customers affected. In May, UnitedHealth Group CEO Andrew Witty pleasantly confirmed to Congress that he did, in fact, pay $22 million in bitcoin ransom to protect the health information of his customers. Ransom, United States citizens’ public health data is privy to Ransom demands. Is anyone giggling yet? The Biggest Data Breaches in US history lean hard to the left:
1.) Yahoo
Date: 2013–2016
President: Obama
Impact: Over 3 billion user accounts
Method: Hacked
The data breach of Yahoo is one of the worst and most infamous cases of a known cyberattack and currently holds the record for the most people affected. The first attack occurred in 2013, and many more would continue over the next three years.
A team of Russian hackers targeted Yahoo’s database using backdoors, stolen backups, and access cookies to steal records from all user accounts, which included personally identifiable information (PII). The hackers had so little fear of Obama’s administration that they kept on and on and on.
2.) Microsoft
Date: January 2021
President: Days of Trump, Years of Biden
Impact: 30,000 US companies (60,000 companies worldwide)
Method: Hacked and Leaked
- 2022 The Lapsus$ group breached Microsoft then The BlueBleed data leak exposed data for more than 548,000 users.
- 2023 China-based adversary breached U.S. government agencies via Microsoft Cloud.
- 2024 Russian hackers used password spraying to breach Microsoft and Microsoft disclosed a privilege escalation bug in Exchange servers.
The way the Microsoft hacks occurred its rather safe to assume the hackers saw incoming Biden as weak. They targeted the data right as shift of power began.
3.) Real Estate Wealth Network

4.) First American Financial Corp.

The absurdity of Democrats blasting the Trump Administration for giving Elon Musk security clearance, and citing sensitive citizen data is at risk, is an absolute joke. The argument doesn’t deserve the light of day. The most significant United States data breaches are not inside the federal government but external. The hackers are primarily based in China and Russia, and they have historically targeted the United States during Democratic Presidencies.
90% of the top data breaches on United States citizens have occurred when a Democrat President is in office.
Of the top 10 data security breaches in United States history, 100% of the hacks, known as the highest and most dangerous breaches, have been under the leadership of a Democrat president. So the data on the Data Breaches tells all U.S. citizens that our data has been historically safer under Republican leadership, period
Elon can take a look and write my social security number on his notepad. I don’t care. Hackers fear Trump, which is why they historically vanish when he takes office. Fear is a good thing when based on truth.
