The Democrat’s Problem In One Picture

For years, I’ve been harping about how the white-tower-run campus culture is the breeding ground for future liberal policy. If it’s happening there, it won’t be long before they try to impose it on you in your state, county, city, berg, burb, or, let’s face it, everywhere (mandated from DC). The Biden error is an example to which a Kamala Presidency would have added. Secured. Impregnated?

Woke chest-bursting aliens.

If you’re not sure what that looks like, it’s easy. Find a list of every awful thing the Democrats insisted would happen under Trump. That’s their plan. Revenge prosecutions, speech suppression, using the military to enforce domestic policy, and so on. Rachel Maddow, Jen (Circle Back) Psaki, one or more of the women on The View. I suspect that they recite these like prayers over their rainbow-colored meditation beads. Maybe crystals. You can smell the French-pressed fair-trade coffee and projection from miles away. Mixed with the aroma of fear and desperation after last Tuesday because most of them aren’t that smart and believe Trump is the vessel of these ills when, in fact, it is the DNC, Obama’s and Clintons (oh, my!).

The Bidens were puppet opportunists of the corrupt progressive system. Not enough marbles to plot, plan, and adequately execute other people’s orders. A flaw discovered too late and made worse by thinking the better puppet, Kamala, would get them there. But you have to win an election first, and Harris was bad at everything. Campaigning for President just made that obvious. Big lens, small mind -word salads could not win the day.

But the bitter, resentful, brainwashed haters still voted for her: mostly college graduate types and those whose livelihood depends on keeping the laundromat open and well-funded. Teachers Unions, Big Abortion, Big Tech, Big Media, Big War, Big Government, Big Ed.

But when campus culture meets fruited plain, the fruit suffers (fruit being a metaphor for American exceptionalism). And yes, The Rest of the WorldTM, America is exceptional, and some of you are slightly bitter about that. Resentful even. So are the white tower types who use credentials, scientism, and liberal white women to project their worldview on everyone else. If you were to draw a cartoon of that, it might look like this.

The creator describes it as follows.

I was out for a walk last Thursday when Elon Musk tweeted a political cartoon that I created in August 2021. It received hundreds of thousands of retweets and more than 1.5 million likes. The stick figure in the middle depicts me, a center-left liberal in 2008, and how the ground had shifted under my feet by 2012 and 2021.

The rest of it is paywalled, but the picture tells the story, and November 5th, 2024, is the result. Many a Democrat didn’t vote or reluctantly voted for Harris, but many didn’t. A lot more people who rarely vote chose Trump. Many people who used to vote Democrat were moved to the right by the left, and the left has to figure out who they are and if they can survive without them. Calling them racists and misogynists may not be the best way to entice them back into your arms. Abortion until birth isn’t going to get it done anymore.

How tragic is it that they so broke the economy and the border that their signature issue has become ineffective, and there aren’t enough sexually active single women aged 20-35 to carry the day, even with their woke low T ‘partners’ in tow.

It’s a question we can’t stop asking. What can they do, and how do they get around a transgender issue from drugs to surgery to sports to which an increasing majority of Americans will no longer pander? More people than ever are speaking out, stepping up, and objecting to boys in girls’ sports (bathrooms, locker room).

If you can’t secure a border or avoid inflationary spending, talking down to people, silencing critics, litigating opponents, and ignoring crime, maybe a good first step is acknowledging that this dance with gender fluidity needs to come to an end. You won’t lose many voters. There aren’t that many of them, and you know that. Find another way to break the culture because this one is likely to keep you out of power (except in the bluest of blue ideological ghettoes until you do.

I’m fine with that, by the way. It’s good for my wallet and America. The world is better off, but the kids aren’t, and the longer you wait to admit it, the worse things will be politically for you.
