Is The Harris Campaign In Freefall?

Somebody In the Harris camp thought it was time to take the tape off Kamala’s lips and let her talk. Thank Goodness for this guy that the Democrats do not fire people. This staffer just put themself on the fast track for Senior Advisor. They can share an office with KJP! After just three days of softball interviews, Kamala has all but put the final nails in her political coffin.

Kamala’s week started on CBS 60 Minutes. I wrote about her horrendous interview this week, but the fallout continues. Even those on the Left are concerned about the VP’s performances. She continues to show she cannot give a direct answer to a question. She hears the question, shakes her head in acknowledgment, and then provides an unrelated response. Even when pressed, she goes off in another direction but never answers the question.

She ventured into two safe havens with Howard Stern and The View. Stern is washed up, and The View is even grating for many on the Left. The Stern show turned into a personal assault on Trump rather than talking about her policies, and her answer to Sunny Hostin of The View may be looked upon as the moment that sunk her campaign. Hostin asked the Vice President if she would like to discuss any issue she would like to reconsider during the Biden term. She could have used the question to show how she is not Joe Biden, but she blew it. She said there is no single issue she would change her mind about. She said she and Joe were in complete sync on every decision. Oops. That loud noise was her keepers’ mouths hitting the floor. Then, she makes the bad decision to share a Miller High Life with Stephen Colbert. This act is simply bad judgement. There are millions of people in the Southeast who are still trying to uncover their homes or search for missing loved ones. It is bad optics for her to be yucking it up and having a beer on a nighttime comedy show when Americans are suffering and looking at a second wall of water bearing down on them.

On Wednesday afternoon, Harris, Biden, Mayorkas, and their support teams held a made-for-tv briefing on Hurricane Milton about to hit Florida. Biden looked silly set behind a child’s desk, Harris was on a digital display, and they went overboard telling each speaker how often they had conferred. They were trying to convince Americans they were in charge, but they failed. Rather than Biden focus on what his team was doing to get victims back on their feet, Joe was obsessed with what he claimed were Trump’s statements that were false. He looked like a lousy politician suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome. It was pathetic and made the whole team look weak. The two words of the day were misinformation and disinformation. Every speaker spoke about or was asked about the dangers of bad information. This session was so terribly staged that it was insulting.

The Harris campaign is in freefall. It is fun to watch, but also sad. It is sad to see how inept this woman is and how so many people are blindly supporting her “vibe” run for the leader of the free world. Is it ignorance or indoctrination that so many Americans can look at what the Democrat Party has done to America since 2008 and still think they are a viable option. I guess Trump will just have to prove them wrong.
