Sham Addresses, RFK Jr., ‘Migrants,’ College Kids, and Your Elections

A Judge in New York has posed an interesting problem for Democrats in New Hampshire. Democrats, everywhere. She has ruled that a room rented by Independent Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. disqualifies him from the State Ballot. It’s not good enough.

New York Justice Christina L. Ryba concluded in a 34-page decision that the rented bedroom (Robert F) Kennedy, 70, claimed as his residence in the state wasn’t a “bona fide and legitimate residence, but merely a ‘sham’ address that he assumed for the purpose of maintaining his voter registration” and furthering his political candidacy.

A reader sent me that and this.

If a rented room is not a ‘Residence” but merely a sham address as she says, and Kennedy is therefore disqualified for running for office because of this, HOW THEN are all these transients in NH Colleges then allowed to vote here?

And all the rest of the people claiming to be ‘domiciled’ here when all they do is rent room and set up ‘sham’ addresses ?

Why exactly is a ‘sham address” okay to vote from but not to run for office from?

Good question. And again – from the same reader, is the alleged registration of “migrants” to vote in our elections.

They are living in temporary housing, in school gyms, airports, and yet these people are registered to vote. So not only are they illegal, they are being called residents, when they are not.

So it looks like in dealing with this they are inadvertently clarifying for us just what a ‘resident’ is and is not. So why does this description need only to apply to illegals is what I’m saying. If your not a resident, you are not a resident and who cares if it’s a college student or an illegal alien..

We’ve been arguing this point for years now in NH because of course they want to say that anyone sleeping on a couch somewhere is now domiciled here.. I don’t see why we can’t use this point from the Kennedy case to prove what we’ve been saying all along.

This Judge has told us that there ARE ‘Sham Addresses used to vote” (but don’t run for office from one) BUT why are people voting from ‘Sham Addresses” ???

Democrats, including those not “reporters,” have been working overtime to prevent RFK’s third-party campaign from interfering with the ascension of their anointed candida, Kamala. The NY decision abets that goal but, at the same time, opens the election universe to some questions. An actual citizen is paying rent or some other fee to retain living space, but this constitutes a fake address. Why, then, are college students with out-of-state driver’s licenses, paying out-of-state tuition, living in their dorm or off-campus housing allowed to vote in New Hampshire? How can illegals living in airports, shelters, or flop houses – all transient sham “addresses” be registered to vote?

If these are legitimate, then RFK Jr. can be considered a resident of New York State, except that he can’t. He’s running upstream against the approved flow, and that is the only distinction that matters.
