I won my property lawsuit against the City. The Board of Tax and Land Appeals granted in my favor and said I carried the burden of proof. The City wanted the 2018 assessment set to $711,000 and 2019 is $710,000.
The BTLA awarded $595,000 for 2018 and $577,000 for 2019. This assessment level will hold until the 2022 revolution by Vision. It will save me about $9K over 4 years.
The BTLA came down hard on the City hired appraiser, Vern Gardner. There is no question in my mind that there was collusion between Gardner and the Legal office to screw me over. His work was so unethical. I am filing a formal complaint with the OPLC – the office of professions licensure and Certification.
Last night in the Finance Committee meeting, Bolton was asked directly by an Aldermen about the Ortolano order. He would not say the City lost. He positioned it as “we came out somewhere in the middle.” I slammed back in public comment. When the recording is out, I am going to write about this.
Found out that former City of Nashua RTK Coordinator Jesse Neumann is going back to the Navy. The Navy is a better life than Bolton and Leonard.
