Podesta’s right. Alien registration and voting is the next big battle for election integrity, because federal mandates created vulnerabilities in our election process.

Here’s how it works.

Under Motor Voter, registrants can get registered to vote while they get their driver’s license or “photo ID.” How? Well, getting registered to vote is as easy as marking “YES” to the question: “Are you a citizen of the United States?”

As Podesta notes, when you attest you are a citizen, you get registered. It’s automatic. It’s mandated under federal law.

The registrant then signs the form, stating under “penalty of perjury” that the answers are correct. It’s an honor system — but only four states engage in citizenship verification.

A study from Harvard’s Shorenstein Center of the four weeks encompassing and surrounding the two major-party political conventions makes this obvious. Trump’s news coverage during this period was 75 percent negative; the friendliest week Trump got from the media was the week of the convention itself — when it was “only” 55 percent negative.

Contrast that with the treatment Hillary Clinton received in the same period, which overall was 44 percent positive. Where no news outlet in the Shorenstein study managed to get to 40 percent positive coverage of Trump, all but one (Washington Times) had 40 percent or more positive coverage of Clinton. Four of the 11 media outlets offered better than 50 percent positive coverage to Clinton. While coverage of Trump’s qualifications only generated 22 percent positive coverage, 69 percent of the coverage of Clinton’s leadership qualities was positive.

He actually wrote a bestseller book titled, “The Strange Death Of Vincent Foster.” In 1997 Ruddy said the suspicious death of Vince Foster made Watergate “look like child’s play.”

Fast-forward to February 2014, to find Ruddy curiously making a $1 MILLION donationto the Clinton Foundation.

Americans for Prosperity Blasts Governor’s Efforts to Invoke Non-Existent ‘Executive Privilege’ to Illegitimately Hide Documents from Public

MANCHESTER – Americans for Prosperity – New Hampshire (AFP-NH) today blasted Governor Hassan’s office for attempting to hide documents from the public through the use of “executive privilege.” While executive privilege exists at the federal level, it is supported neither in state statute nor in case law. Recently, the state redacted substantial portions of a Right to Know request involving communications with the Governor’s Office, claiming “executive privilege.” AFP-NH filed the request to understand how the state could sole source a $1.2 million contract with an out-of-state vendor that had never done business with state government.

We changed topics, in the comment section at  Treehugger’s Katherine Martinko mental midget meltdown (people are misbehaving and not living up to her standards about eating meat).  Since Jim Gordon didn’t want to come out and play with me anymore, another commenter decided to take his place but in a totally different direction – one can either take it as not understanding one’s own language or realizing “oops, I’m being called out on it”.  And of course, for me, one is never enough so I went after both at the same time.  After all, the key is just to use their language, challenge them on their DEFINITION (which they HATE) and how it differs from our common language. You know, like a meaty dog bone. So peted66616 stepped up to the plate and…

And then decided to let folks know that we have to be bribed in order to act the way “they” want us to.

Humans, including Americans, do all kinds of things that are harmful to the environment in some way. And, for the most part, humans will not change their habits unless economically incentivized to do so. The one thing that will reliably lead to reduced meat consumption is for meat production to internalize all of the currently-externalized costs.

Astroturf, anyone?  Thanks to the Wikileaks release of the John Podesta emails, we know that the Left routinely starts up groups, pays them, and then calls them “grassroots”.  That’s their model which also goes far to explain why they have ALWAYS called the TEA Party movement a creature of (get ready for it…..wait…..ok, now) the Koch brothers (er, still waiting for my check, sirs!).  They don’t grok that some of us do it for Principle only.  But that’s how they went about delegitimizing one of the most grassrootiest people oriented movements ever.  And then the GOP decided to get rid of them too, but I’ve already opined enough on that.

You may be familiar with the John Doe prosecution in Wisconsin. A last ditch effort by the political friends of big labor to oust Scott Walker and undermine his support. What you may not know is that more than a dozen families were subjected to SWAT raids and prosecution because they were supporters of the Walker Administration. People who had their lives turned upside down by a partisan Democrat District Attorney using the power of his office for revenge.

Law-abiding citizens were subjected to armed, predawn raids of their homes as if they were wanted criminals. Their crime? They supported conservative reforms in Wisconsin, including reforms to the state’s labor laws.
