NH House Committee Rejects Conversion Therapy Ban Legisaltion
The Union Leader is reporting that the New Hampshire House Committee on Health, Human Services, and Elderly Affairs has rejected legislation to ban conversion therapy on a party-line vote.
Both bills contain exemptions for counseling for people “undergoing gender transition” and for “counseling that provides acceptance, support, and understanding.”
The ban would only apply one-way.
So, who pays 95% of income taxes – and why they’ll also receive a bigger benefit
under the proposed Tax Reform that is now in movement in Congress. And the Democrats / Progressive Totalitarians are losing their minds – the HORROR of it that those evil RICH people get to keep more of their money! The SHAME that Government will get less! OMB later cited internal data to the Washington Examiner that said the top 20 percent of people to pay income taxes account for 94.8 percent of those taxes in 2016. That appears to be a jump from just a few years ago. In 2015, the Wall Street Journal reported that the top 20 percent of income earners paid 84 percent of income taxes. Mulvaney explained:
If you break the income tax universe into what we call quintiles, so equal sized 20 percent columns, the first two columns, the first quintile and the lower quintile, don’t pay any taxes at all. In fact they net positive. We pay them when they file a tax return.

While the kidnapper’s height was similar to his own (over 6 feet), Pearson could see that the man had a much larger build — Pearson would not be able to take him on pound for pound.
As the Las Vegas Journal Review notes, “Fortunately, Pearson had a trump card — a Heckler & Koch VP9 pistol legally resting on his right hip.”

I just reread the accounting of the now infamous NFL meeting in NYC where some of the owners met with some of the players (along with some other NFL staffers and union flacks) ostensibly to “fix” their self-induced problem. Yes, self-induced and self-propagating issue of “taking a knee” during the national anthem and what it is doing to their Public Relation reputation, their ticket sales, their TV ratings (yes, all in the toilet); the owners are now scared – they have to stop the hemorrhaging and start protecting their substantial investments. In reading the post, this stuck out – a message of surrender to the players (emphasis mine):

In 2008, the witness, whose name has been redacted, heard Lanza (inset) say that he had access to assault weapons and planned to kill students at the elementary school, along with his mother, Nancy Lanza, according to a cache of documents released this week.
“Lanza allegedly [said] that he planned to kill his mother and children at Sandy Hook in Newtown, Connecticut,” the document reads.

The lawyer for the confidential FBI informant who exposed that Russian nuclear officials engaged in bribery, kickbacks, money laundering, and extortion in their attempts to corner the U.S. uranium market under the Obama administration revealed the threats her client received from the Obama administration if he didn’t keep quiet during the 2016 presidential election.
And if you didn’t think it could get better the Russian government has been threatening him, the Obam DOJ was threatening him, and the Obama FBI were threatening him, all because of a lawsuit that would have cracked this Clinton, Obama, Uranium Kickback, collusion scam wide open during Hillary’s election campaign.

Misguided Prosecution. In the last couple of days, I have seen some pretty harsh emotional critique about 31-year-old Alycia Neely’s arrest. I need not over litigate the details because Kimberly Morin has done a great job where she asks, Was Manchester Mom Wrongfully Arrested for Daring to Protect her Family? The details are contained therein.
Looking at this case, however, I am reminded of State V. Oriol Dor, an opinion issued by the N.H. Supreme Court on August 7, 2013. On May 8, 2012, Manchester Police searched Dor’s vehicle, finding a .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol located in the glove compartment.
There is No Consensus on Climate and There Never Was
James Delingpole writes, “When I reported earlier this year on the 58 scientific papers published in 2017 that say global warming is a myth the greenies’ heads exploded. Since then, that figure has risen to 400 scientific papers.”
Those unreported or underreported reports number closer to 900 if we count the 500 published last year. Each and every one takes issue with the consensus theory that man-made forcing via CO2 emissions is causing the planet to warm, and all the thousand shocks that such so-called warming create.
