This is exceedingly painful to me. I don’t WANT to be at odds with the police. But while I still hold out hope for many local police, increasingly I am horrified at what’s happening in the State police, or at the Federal level.
As an example, look at what’s happening in the UK; even as people peacefully protest the dumping of unvetted migrant invaders into towns willy-nilly, the police haul out the riot gear for those protestors. To protect the invaders.
“Thou shalt not have any G-ds before me”. And IMHO this is hubris approaching the Tower of Babel level.
I read the book – excellent: The Cuckoo’s Egg: Tracking a Spy Through the Maze of Computer Espionage: Cliff Stoll: Amazon.com: Books. What was amazing to me is how this guy got evidence upon evidence, and showing it to – IIRC the FBI – they blew it off.
Five percent of the people think; ten percent of the people think they think; and the other eighty-five percent would rather die than think.
Imagine, for a moment, that a majority voted that slavery should be re-implemented. Or (somehow) that rape should be made legal if the woman “asks for it” by her outfit.
And then they complain that things are getting too heated. Uh huh.
I have been saying for at least a decade that political correctness will get people killed. And it is.
Evil twists and perverts the accomplishments and deeds and practices of the good. This was intentional – to destroy something that should bring the world together, if only for a few days. This was a point made by Bill Whittle (about 7 minutes), specifically about the Munich Olympics and the Israeli athletes taken hostage:

I once gave my good friend in Israel a virtual tour of the house and our property. He was astonished. His whole flat (condo) could fit into our first floor; the idea that we had the acreage that we have… unheard of. Same with my in-laws’ apartments.
