Sex-crazed Libs and Libertines say that “Abstinence doesn’t solve anything, and no one can do it anyways.” Really? It would certainly stop these from spreading, right?
Next epidemic to spill out of China could be SUPER GONORRHEA – where rate of antibiotic-resistant STIs are 40x higher than US and UK. “These findings underscore the urgent need for a comprehensive approach to address antibiotic-resistant N. gonorrhoeae in China, including identifying factors contributing to this high resistance rate.”
Go ahead, prove me wrong! If one doesn’t engage in sex, you are safe from STIs. If you are in a long-term relationship like marriage and don’t stray, you’re safe from STIs. It really isn’t that hard to understand. It is only spread by sexual contact – and thanks to the current “hook up” culture and other cultures where sex is seen as “anything goes at any time”, it’s clear that there’s a whole lotta spreading going ’round.
But today’s society no longer responds well to “no, just stop it,” does it? Is that a moral response or just a rebellious one to norms that used to work better than the current ones that are replacing them in supporting “fundamentally transforming America”?
