Update: Sadly, no beer. We can’t get around the regulatory rules in time.
Orders for food for this event will be placed the week before, and we will have everything and everyone ready for Saturday, the 28th. Music, food (still looking for a comedian we think is funny), and growing our lineup of speakers, none of them running for political office.
It’s not that sort of event. We’re not banning them. Candidates are welcome to buy a ticket(s) and come and hang out and chat and listen, but no one running for office is slated to speak.
That has to be a relief, considering the season. An event with speakers, but none of them is running for anything.
