I like Bill Burr. He’s over the edge, off the ledge, unapologetic, vulgar, and funny. He has me a little worried when it comes to COVID. He is not as bad as Jim Gaffigan, who became such a Karen he lost me as a fan, but Burr is always stepping over the line.
That’s what he does, especially if it seems woke or offensive. He loves to beat the approved narrative into submission—something he (sort of did) on the subject of abortion.
I watched this (from Red Rocks) when it first dropped (I’m a fan, after all). Burr is his angry, incredulous self – just how we like him. And these are jokes, people—lots of them, about many things. But when you talk about abortion, especially now, it triggers a lot of folks, so hey, why not talk about that?
He does talk about it and crosses the line in both directions, but what he says might make a few people think about it, so here’s what he had to say.
