It really comes down to PEOPLE ignoring such restrictions, doesn’t it?  People who have decided that the rules don’t apply to them anymore. Worse, are those people that are in CHARGE of enforcing such rules (e.g., Laws, the Constitution) deciding that they don’t have to anymore. Doesn’t matter to them that Legislatures have said “you SHALL enforce this” or that our Founding Fathers laid down what entity is to do what.

The Democrats / Left are practically screaming their vocal chords and lungs out in saying that “our democracy is in danger” and implying that it is everyone else that’s doing the wrong things. Yet, if you are really intellectually honest, who are the ones refusing to do the right things?

Yeah, not us on the Right. Sure, there are those on both sides that are bad Actors all the time – but are Democrats hewing to their Constitutional limitations in Congress?  Heck, even Republicans here in NH have deliberately disobeyed the NH Constitution by violating Article 28-A (your turn – do your own homework to see what that states AND where here in GraniteGrok I’ve wailed about our elected leaders violating it – simply for “Social Justice / Transgenderism”.
