The Sivalingam for Senate campaign identifies and advocates for the founding principles of New Hampshire and our Union, because these are understood to be the common political ideology for all citizens.
This allows us to identify what will not be compromised, while also recognizing how to turn an untenable power struggle for centralized control into a manageable situation. Like you, I have been astonished at the loss of individual rights, state sovereignty, and the looming threats to the peaceful unity and independence of our United States.
Preservation of our great country is especially important to me because I have ancestry going back to the revolutionary war in different areas of the country including Roxbury New Hampshire. Additionally, I have spent my entire life contemplating and inwardly investigating human freedom and potential.
In the last few years, I have defended our founding ideology by writing letters, writing and submitting petitions, attending meetings of various interest groups, attending legislative committee meetings, running for office, and hiring an attorney to dispatch with the mask mandates and vaccine mandates.
Now, I am running for United States Senate to represent the great State of New Hampshire.
My name is Tejasinha Sivalingam. My beard, long hair, my name, and my undying love and pursuit of individual human freedom and potential are informed by my sincere religious beliefs as an orthodox Saivite Hindu convert. Yes, a religious Hindu, not just a white guy who wears yoga pants; but unless you think that my religion is anathema, and won’t give me the time of day, you will find I am just an ordinary person who wants to be happy.
I live in Ashland with my wife, two children, and our dog. I manage our family’s investment properties. Of my many hobbies, swimming is one that people may most often see me enjoying. Finally, I prefer pancakes over waffles. Please take a moment to relax and imagine the best you that you want to become. Take a deep breath and say “Yes!” to that best you. Here is how we will work together for you.
On January 3, 2023, we will hit the ground running to move forward with our founding principles of individual rights, State sovereignty, and U.S. unity and independence. We will work for self-determination, a society based on relationships, a free competitive market, and a Federal government that is truly limited. As trust increases, government decreases.
We must identify that we are in the middle of an ideological conflict. Our founding ideology laid out in the Declaration of Independence has driven us to succeed and become the greatest country on earth through blood, sweat, and prayers from people like us. Let’s call our ideology what it is, a political ideology of free will, freedom.
Now, our ideology will again outperform the failed and failing ideologies of communism, marxism, technocracy, nazism, and plain old ignorance. The truth is, we will win because in their heart of hearts even our opponents want us to win; even they want to live in freedom and express their maximum positive potential as individuals.
Again, the exceptionalism of our political ideology is found in the commitments to individual rights, a human government that is instituted to secure these rights, popular sovereignty (i.e. the people are in charge) expressed through the free and sovereign states, independence and unity of the United States of America, a free competitive market (i.e. the ability to freely exchange private property and services), and the understanding that a government that is closer to the citizens is more easily restrained and directed.
This is the wisdom that has built New Hampshire and the United States of America. Now, it will again lead us as we excel forward. First, we must refresh our perspective. We must recognize that we, the people, are in charge and responsible for driving the political and economic market from the bottom-up. When we do this our founding ideology will dispatch with the invading ideologies like light dispatches darkness.
We, the people, must have the courage to recognize that we can delegate authority, but we cannot delegate responsibility. We must hone ourselves, not blame our opponents. We must recognize that there is no scoring on political defense, and only peaceful proactive specific political offense wins the day.
We must work endlessly to uncover and share the common ground of our ideology, not manufacture a consensus of control based on fear, anger, or resignation. We must work to return power, not struggle for power.
We must recognize that freedom and individuality naturally allow differing opinions and life choices. Finally, we must formulate specific and sustained tangible principled action. Among the areas in which we need specific sustained tangible principled action are the following.
We must have a stable currency. We must have freedom of speech. We must have strong bodily integrity. We must return powers to the States, recognize the powers the States never expressly delegated, and further empower the States. By taking command of our currency we empower the body economic, we the people.
We do this by immediately cutting spending, particularly with regard to the military-industrial-pharmaceutical complex. We audit the Federal Reserve. We legalize alternative commodity currencies. We exempt precious metals and cryptocurrencies from capital gain taxes. In fact we eliminate Federal taxation of individuals altogether; because we are represented as sovereign States in the Congress, and it is as sovereign States we should be taxed, not as individuals).
Finally, we deregulate everything the States can handle and return those powers to the States. We take command of our freedom of speech to invigorate popular sovereignty within and between the States. To ensure that our speech is free and driven by deliberation not by government-financed propaganda let’s dismiss the CIA and National Public Radio.
We will rescind the section 230 liability protections for those companies who saw fit to “curate” (i.e. silence) us under the communication decency Act. We will ensure that only U.S. citizens vote in the United States. We will investigate all 2020 election fraud. We will refute the bogus and intimidating insurrection narrative.
And let’s call out the fact that we have a “shadow sovereignty” of the parties, all of which seem to be serving the perpetuity of their own novelty rather than the interests of the people. Bodily integrity will be secured as we take command of our civil society based on non-violence and free will; not government-mandated chemical restraint and rape.
We will investigate and refer for prosecution violations of the internationally and traditionally recognized ethic of medical experimentation under the Nuremberg Code. We must also temper said pursuit of justice with mercy and reconciliation as we come to recognize that we the people have allowed these atrocities; we can delegate authority but we cannot delegate responsibility.
We will hold vaccine companies liable for their products. We will audit the States under Article 4 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution for their adherence to the Republican form of government that is guaranteed but was dismissed in the name of public health.
We will ensure that employers immediately stop potential violations of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) with regard to RNA vaccine status. Finally, we will return the Federal government to being what it is prima facie, a Union of States.
We will honor Article 7 Part First of the New Hampshire Constitution and ensure that only the powers that have been expressly delegated by the people of New Hampshire are enjoyed by the United States of America.
We will secure our borders, and enact laws requiring those entering America to be sponsored by a State that will enjoy the cost and benefits of their new resident for the duration of their stay or until they become naturalized.
Finally, we will exit NATO, and rework treaties with those who would like to be equal and sane allies; NATO as the “supreme law of the land” under Article 6 Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution is outdated and a threat to the Independence of the United States and thus New Hampshire State sovereignty.
To those who proudly and uncompromisingly support our founding ideology and principles of individual rights, state sovereignty, and U.S. unity and independence, I thank you.
Now, please go out and share your insight with at least one democrat by May 31, 2022; if you believe it you can achieve it!
I thank you for your vote of support on September 13, 2022, in the Republican primary; as well as your support in the General election on November 8, 2022.
Most importantly, I look forward to that day of liberation, January 3, 2023, the day I will take my oath of office as the next U.S. Senator for the Great State of New Hampshire; because on that day, I will look up to the public viewing area and see you, a free people who cherish their freedom! In closing, we will achieve our best selves because our potential as free, peaceful, and prosperous people is unlimited. Let’s get back to it!
