Hey, I need to better make use of my time; what better way than using driving time? New phone (Samsung S22 Ultra) with “an assistant” that is hands-free with my headset, a new phone car mount, spare driving time – and always lots of opinions. I came up with Skip’s Saunterings but as you will hear in the first few issues, it needed something more so I asked all of y’all for suggestions. Asked Steve as well and he added the “Snippets” part which works – but I’m still open to suggestions!
Anyways, here’s my meanderings (was thinking about using that), ramblings (that, too), and blithering (not so much but you folks might think otherwise) – after all, it’s all unscripted and whatever pops into my head; it will go anywhere 5 minutes will take me. And it’s all legal – not a single finger was applied to a “handheld device”. It’s all about NH Governor Chris Sununu and him using our money to have Government take over the housing market. Most developers use their own money – he’ll tell us what type of house, where it will go, and he says that we will be happier in the end:
After all, he doesn’t care about the generations that have built up a town’s or neighborhood’s “character, charm, or culture” the way we do.
He’s just bringing New York / Obama-style “planned housing economy” to the formerly known “Live Free or Die” State.
