Massachusetts Asked to Provide Peer-Reviewed Data that Informs Mask and Vaccine Policy – Reply: They Don’t Have Any

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts recently received a Freedom of Information Request. The resident was looking for any peer-reviewed document or research that informed the State’s public health policy on masks and vaccines in the Bay State.

More specifically, on children in schools.

Their response.

We don’t have any.

The Department of Public Health does not have any documents in its custody or control that are responsive to your request.

FOIA1 Request Massachusetts Masks and vaccines

FOIA2 Massachusetts masks and vaccines

The Massachusetts Department of Health, whose guidance was used state-wide as a basis for COVID19 response policy, does not have anything in their possession that informs them or you as to the medical efficacy of any of the mandates they’ve been enforcing for the past two years.

They are also likely not in possession of any recent FDA/Pfizer documents indicating the vaccines are neither safe nor effective.
