Twenty Elected Officials Served in New Hampshire Lawsuit

There was a critical announcement at last Saturday’s Freedom Rally in Concord not in the previous video I shared. It relates to a lawsuit filed against Chris Sununu, the Joint Legislative Council, and several members of the Executive Council, and you’re going to want to hear this.

Basically, the State AG interjected themself into this and now no one who has been served can use the AG’s office for their defense against this lawsuit.

They will need to raise funds for private legal counsel themselves or beg the legislature for the money to pay for same. If they ask, we’d suggest you say no.

For details on the lawsuit itself, you can read more here.

A lawsuit has been filed in Rockingham Superior Court, Docket # 218-2021-CV-01160, which states that the Governor, the Executive Council, and the Joint Legislative Fiscal Committee have no Constitutional authority to accept and spend Federal Funds under color of law.

This is an update so give this a listen. It is only a few minutes long.
