There is only one issue that actually matters in the CD-1 primary … and it is not CRT, the border with Mexico, COVID-mandates, inflation, etc. … it is whether the candidate will vote for Kevin McCarthy for Speaker.
The Speaker of the House has, as a practical matter, control over what bills get voted on … which means that it does not matter if the candidate says that he or she shares all your views on the issues … IF THE CANDIDATE WILL VOTE FOR MCCARTHY AS SPEAKER … because McCarthy is simply a figurehead for Frank Luntz/Paul Ryan RINOism. The chaser … the bill’s prime sponsor … Annie Kuster (Communist – NH-CD2): In a statement, the bill’s main sponsor, Democrat Rep. Ann Kuster (NH), said the system would be used to “remind patients when they are due for a recommended vaccine” and identify areas with low vaccination rates to “ensure equitable distribution of vaccines.”
