NH DEIJ Directors Sue To Discriminate Against Your Children

What does Tina Kim Philibotte and Andres Mejia have in common? (NOTE: Andres Mejia IS a BOARD MEMBER of Black Lives Matter Seacoast. BLM CALLED FOR THE BOYCOTT OF WHITE OWNED BUSINESSES DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON)

1) Both have worked for NH Listens.
NH Listens is a community organizing group.

NH Listens is part of the Carsey Institute at the University of New Hampshire.
NH Listens uses the group manipulation Delphi Technique when conducting community meetings.

2) Both currently work as DEIJ Directors in Manchester and SAU16/Exeter.

Both Manchester and SAU16 are in a downward spiral when it comes to proficiency levels and school rankings. Both districts have made it clear that a radical worldview on race relations has become their priority instead of literacy, or academic achievement.

Both are now suing the state of New Hampshire to repeal the new anti-discrimination law that you can read here.

Let this be a warning to parents and school board members, if you hire a DEIJ Director, it sure looks like they will fight to discriminate against your child using the radicalized Critical Race Theory.

Residents who are concerned about their taxes or how their school district is spending their tax dollars need to make note of this. If you care about academics, that is not the priority for DEIJ directors, CRT is.

This is your tax dollars at work. Is it any wonder that parents are removing their kids from these public schools?  Is it any wonder that parents are warning other parents on social media to avoid moving to these districts?
Manchester has 737 fewer students attending every day on average than it did during the year of remote learning – a decrease that has lowered the state’s largest school district from just under 13,000 students to just over 12,000.
