CRT – NAACP & BLM Try to shut down Critical Race Theory Critics – Stack of Stuff Part 20

Bunches and bunches of stories about Critical Race Theory (“CRT”) and how badly it is going for the Left once Parents (both Left and Right) figure out what their employees are teaching them like Gabriel Gipe. Make no mistake, both BLM and CRT philosophies (actually they are both one in the same but just coming to the same conclusions from slightly different angles) are putting the US into a battle for the soul of America. I’ve written that militant Islam and Classic Western Liberalism are in the same fight – differing value systems that are completely at odds with each other. In this regard, BLM and CRT are closer to Islam with respect to their end goals – total destruction of American and Western Classic Liberalism. That’s why I’m doing this series (now the longest one I’ve ever done here at GraniteGrok) – it is needful to know what is coming after your kids.

As always, snippets taken, some reformatting, and emphasis mine. So, let us proceed, shall we?

A series of presentations across Minnesota to educate the public about the dangers of  critical race theory is encountering disruptions and even facing cancellations due to what its sponsor says are efforts by Black Lives Matter and the NAACP. The presentations, called the “Raise Our Standards” tour, in which attendees are educated about critical race theory also cover “revisions to Minnesota’s social studies standards that are now in progress, the ‘woke’ movement that is transforming our education system, alternatives to public schools, and how to get involved,” according to the sponsoring organization, the Center of the American Experiment.

“The Left in Minnesota, led by Black Lives Matter and the NAACP, are afraid of a free exchange of ideas, so they are trying to shut us down instead. It won’t work,” John Hinderaker, president of the Golden Valley, Minnesota-based nonprofit, said in a statement.

The Left – their Totalitarian inner selves are coming out in droves…and it’s just not in public schools – it certainly in our Higher Education system as well. Who knew that Princeton Theological Seminary would be worshiping Man instead of God?

Timothy Keiderling’s decision to enroll in the Princeton Theological Seminary reflected his commitment “to give my life to work for justice and to live out the values of the Kingdom of God.” In a letter to the seminary’s president, Craig Barnes, he wrote that he “would sacrifice anything to make sure that my brothers and sisters see relief from their oppression.”  Timothy Keiderling, seminary student: “We were told what to think. I considered it indoctrination.”

But the seminary’s concept of justice clashed with Keiderling’s conscience when PTS required him to attend “anti-racism” training sessions that he considered a form of indoctrination. He refused to participate in the sessions even after being reminded that they were mandatory. And then – early this year, with the potent support of the newly founded Academic Freedom Alliance (AFA) – he convinced the seminary to exempt him from the training.

It was “a real victory which can advance the academic freedom cause substantially,” says Princeton Professor Robert George, a leader of the AFA who acted as an adviser to Keiderling, and whom the latter credits with making his victory possible. “Instead of a victim, we have a victor — one who stuck to his guns and persuaded his institution not only to respect his right of conscience, but to acknowledge the difference between education and indoctrination.”

And in the fight against these pernicious philosophies, never forget that self-avowed Communist Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, especially the use of Ridicule, works even better for those of us on the Right because they are such a humorless people:

Woke children’s books such as pro-transgender “I Am Jazz,” race-baiting “Not My Idea: A Book About Whiteness,” and “The GayBCs” have been all the rage among leftist teachers, parents, and schools. But there’s a new title in town that you can bet the woke set won’t want anywhere near their tykes — but it very well may be just what more conservative adults prefer their kids set their eyes upon. It’s called “Elephants Are Not Birds” — and conservative activist author Ashley St. Clair calls it an “unapologetic rebuke” of the transgender agenda.

It’s the first title from Brave Books, which the New York Post reported will focus exclusively on stories for kids and offer parents “a conservative alternative to the current cultural activism that our children are being taught in schools, in the entertainment they watch and the books they read,” the publisher’s website says.

I’ve started with “The Tuttle Twins” for the Grandson – again, another series of books with a Conservative outlook on life.

  • Notable Quote from CRT Wokeness Queen (laughing all the way to her treasury from all the White Liberals buying her “self-guilt” (as opposed to self-help) books in helping people feel happier by being more miserable:

“The ideology of individualism is dependent on a denial of the past as relevant to the present… Individualism denies the significance of race.”

— Robin DiAngelo

In a country that was founded on Individual Rights, here’s the lady making millions by focusing that people are only as valuable as their skin color. It’s a great example of erasing how and on what Principles this country was founded on. In doing so, she’s gone from racket to business. She’s certainly NOT the solution. I’ll go there – in a “soft power” kinda of way, she’s all set with a race war (of a type) as certainly as the KKK wants, just from the flip side.

And if you are looking for another book for studying alternatives to use in debates against CRT fanatics, here’s one for adults:

Zimmerman’s ground-breaking history provides every future generation the basic framework for establishing new societies on other worlds. We would be wise to heed what he says.”

The human race is about to go to the stars. Big rockets are being built, and nations and private citizens worldwide are planning the first permanent settlements in space. When we get there, will we know what to do to make those first colonies just and prosperous places for all humans?

Conscious Choice answers this question, by telling a riveting and accurate history of the first century of British settlement in North America. That was when those settlers were building their own new colonies, and had to decide whether to include slaves from Africa.

In New England slavery was vigorously rejected. The Puritans wanted nothing to do with this institution, desiring instead to form a society of free religious families, a society that became the foundation of the United States of American, dedicated to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. In Virginia however slavery was gladly embraced, resulting in a corrupt social order built on power, rule, and oppression.

Yes, Puritans really were a dour people and had little fashion sense, but they did believe in God and that we are all God’s creations. The opposite is that Virginians believe they were to be gods for others.

Why the New England citizens were able to reject slavery, and Virginians were not, is the story that Conscious Choice tells, a story with direct implications for all human societies, whether they are here on Earth or on the far flung planets across the universe.

Sure, it talks about the future but its delving into our past still makes it worthwhile for our present. And make no mistake – even back in July (a long time in Politics), that history can bolster our present and determine our future:

David Pivtorak Tweet 9 States against CRT

I do need to find an update as I believe that it is over 15 now and more in process.  And remember, Parents make up a BIG percentage of that Public mentioned above. Grandparents as well, such as I.

Blah, Blah, Blah – everything is Racist to those whose Holy Grail of Civilization is divvying up an entire country’s population into skin color – and expect that nothing violent will happen from doing so (hint: BLM has already destroyed $2 Billion of property, wounded thousands, and killed over 50 people):

An essay published in the Nation on Friday accuses Americans celebrating independence of failing to “reckon with the fact that the founders of our nation were colonizers,” with American “exceptionalism” and foreign policy being “grounded in racism,” adding that issues such as climate change and “racist policing” are the “greatest existential threats” while global terrorism and threats from China, Russia, and Iran, are merely “imagined threats.”

The essay, penned by the Center for International Policy’s president and CEO Salih Booker as well as board member Diana Ohlbaum, carries the title “The Willful Self-Delusion of American Independence Day,” and claims that despite endeavoring to do so, the U.S. has “rarely lived up to ideals.”

Ah yes, “colonizers” – one of the “bad” words in the Left’s lexicon. Hey, dudes and dudettes, aren’t you being judgemental of those that came before you? Or are you just so full of yourselves that you believe you have the moral high ground to judge EVERYONE that’s not you, especially when the moral norms differ from yours? Yes, people and society do change – a bit. But you make fools of yourselves in demanding that people long dead should have been living the morals you are trying to shove onto the rest of us. Colonizing is what happened – and not just Europeans. It’s what people have done for thousands of years to gain land and extend their reach.

The piece begins by accusing American citizens celebrating Independence Day of failing to “reckon with the fact that the founders of our nation were colonizers,” and adding that since declaring independence, the U.S. “has only expanded the scope of its imperial domination.”

Hey, on Thanksgiving Day we CELEBRATE that folks settled here from Europe to escape that continent’s oppression of its own. But this certainly gives credence to why y’all keep wanting to rename it Indigenous Peoples’ Day – except not adding that, at some point, all those people came from somewhere else and shoved those “current people” around in displacing them.

The History Story of Morons…

And yes, the Military, reaping the rewards of Obama hollowing out the General Officer Corps, needs a “pat on the back” for its full wokeness on display, thanks to SecDev Lloyd Austin and General Mark”White Rage”Milley. Once again,

And in the “Take them at their word” department:

“When we Black Americans see this flag we know the person flying it is not safe to be around,” the post read. “When we see this flag we know the person flying it is a racist. When we see this flag we know that the person flying it lives in a different America than we do. When we see this flag, we question your intelligence. We know to avoid you. It is a symbol of hatred.

..Search deep within yourself and ask yourself why you are so triggered when people talk about racism,” they wrote in part. “You are triggered because it makes you uncomfortable to know that you are complicit. You don’t want to hear about it, you just want to continue to perpetuate it without consequences. We do not have to remain silent about it. We will not bow down to you. We will not beg you to stop being racist. We will proactively destroy the systems that continue to give you the power to marginalize people of color. Period.”

Anger Management much? It’s the last line that is indicative of their intent (the rest to me as rather infantile ranting). They, along with CRT, Socialists, Democrats, et al, truly do wish to destroy EVERYTHING that America stands for.

The problem we see is that which they’d replace it with has already been tried and failed. But again, you can blame our Education system in not teaching History and Critical Thinking.

And lastly, THE conundrum for both BLM and CRT when dealing with biracial families and individuals?

A father stood before a public school board recently and deftly destroyed critical race theory, not only saying it’s a concept meant for the collegiate level but also noting that it influences students of different races to “hate each other.”  The fact that Ian Rice is black matters a great deal because he also said, “Critical race theory is teaching that white people are bad. That’s not true. That would teach my daughter that her mother is evil.”

He added that “the problem with bringing it to the high-school and grade-school level is we don’t have the educators to properly teach these kids. Instead they’re using as their own agenda to indoctrinate the kids to hate each other.”

And THAT is what is going on in a nutshell – indoctrinators (to use the words of the Left) using their Positions Of Power to bully kids at will in their classrooms

Which is why you need to let us know that it is happening in your schools and putting your children at risk.
