They Don’t Pick Up Mail – But they Vote by Mail?

by

Number 19 Masefield Rd. in Nashua would be the place that David Anthony Tarbay and Linda Sue Ziman voted from (via absentee ballot) in October of 2020 for the 11/3/2020 General Election. Why does that matter? Let’s take a look.

Here are their names marked off on the Nashua Checklist.

Linda Sue Ziman Checklist

At the same time, 120 Palo Verde Dr. Leesburg, Fl. is the address they both gave to Lake County in regard to an ASSIGNMENT of PROPRIETARY LEASE on Feb 2. 2017, signed by Linda Sue Ziman.

Linda Ziman and her husband David Tarbay are described in that property transfer as husband and wife. It was notarized.

Notarized legal doc - residence in FL

If you are using 120 Palo Verde Dr. as your domicile in 2017, to the exclusion of all others, in a notarized document, well it is a good possibility you should be voting in Florida, and not in New Hampshire.

Florida would now recognize this couple as residents of Florida.

Former Nashua Rep. Barbra Hagan recently picked up the two fresh copies of the Nashua “MARKED” checklist for me. Here is her affidavit:

Affidavit

I, Hon. Barbara J. Hagan, former NH State Representative, living in Manchester, NH, did on March 8, 2021, travel to Nashua, NH for a 3 PM appointment at the Nashua City Hall.

I went to the City Clerk’s office, where I was able to view and photograph pages of the Ward 8 Voter Checklist from the November 3, 2021 General Election pertaining to two persons who are listed as “voters” from Ward 8, more specifically, residing at 19 Masefield Road in the city of Nashua.

These two persons are checked as having voted on November 3, 2021.  My observations are documented in photographs which I did take of page 579 and page 647 respectively of the Ward 8 Voter Checklist.   Email #2 documents with photographs of the Ward 8 Voter Checklist, Page 597 regarding a certain David Anthony Tarbay of 19 Masefield Road who did vote on November 3, 2021 in the General Election.  Email #3 documents with photographs of the Ward 8 Voter Checklist, Page 647 regarding a certain Linda Sue Ziman of 19 Masefield Road who did vote on November 3, 2021 in the General Election.  I swear under penalty of perjury that my observations and documents are true to the best of my knowledge.

Those are two of Barbra’s pictures above showing Trabay and Ziman voting from 19 Masefield Rd. in Nashua.

(I had some help and tips from Nashua citizens as well. Can’t thank them enough.)

I wanted to make sure as possible that this couple was not receiving mail where they vote so I sent certified letters to both on Dec. 3, 2020, at 19 Masefield, NH.

The cert. mail came back (it took about 7 weeks) labeled “unable to forward” – shown below:

Cert Mail return to sender

If there is no such resident, and they can’t be forwarded, they return to sender. They don’t pick up mail there but they vote by mail from there?

This is the best you can get tracking possible non-resident voters who use real names.

There is no reason the NH AG’s Election Unit couldn’t do the same. They can check for out-of-state voters by cross-referencing driver’s licenses, out-of-state tuition, excused jurors, and a host of other ways – like tips from election workers.

There is a fine, for voting illegally in NH. The woman who voted from the shopping center in Derry could face a $10,000.00 fine.

I have an idea.

If the Secretary of State is so desperate for money he charges $2,000.00 for a statewide list of absentee voters, hundreds for a “marked” public checklist, thousands for the statewide database, and $25.00 plus for public checklist – how about prosecuting out-of-state voters at $1,000 – $10,000 each?

I am sure many captured non-citizen voters would make a deal to pay fines rather than go to trial and maybe jail.

We skin our tourists 9% for rooms and meals, sell oceans of booze, and charge citizens for public documents – but leave this steady, untapped source of free money on the table.

What gives?

Maybe some enterprising State Representative will take up the cause.
