Friday Visual Lunch – How Much We Don’t Care About Harry and Meghan’s “Problems” in Pictures

The entertain-me world combined its twin obsessions of voyeurism and victimhood last week. Oprah sat down with Harry Windsor and Meghan Markle. Identity politics got a bit of air without anyone bothering too much about the identities of the players.

A Billionaire asking a pair of millionaires about their problems.

Having lived my entire life without anything remotely like that sort of identity crisis, I can say that many things just don’t matter when you no longer have to think about money. The problem, as is the case here, is when you don’t have to think about the money you have too much time to think about everything else.

You could invent something or pay other people’s taxes, or just shut up and live your wealthy life, but instead, you accuse people of racism because this abundance of money and time – in the company of weak minds – revolves entirely around the rich SOB and their supposed problems.

Like how you could have had even more money except for the decisions you made proudly and publicly because you did not want to be victims of the demands and expectations placed on royalty.

Role Models? Sadly, yes.

I promised you pictures so here, and I can only vouch for the relevant h rumor, not any dollar amounts.
