Texas State GOP Chairman Allen West had this to say about the SCOTUS decision on the Texas case: “The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 members of Congress, has decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law.
“Resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the US Constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic… Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the Constitution.”
The propagandists pounced on West’s comments. The Leftists are insisting it was “secessionist.” You see to them actually following the U.S. Constitution as written is unthinkable. West’s remark is not about secession, much less revolution.
It’s about the establishment of an alliance of states “bonded together” by a commitment to “abide by the Constitution.” Imagine that American citizens who actually like the U.S. Constitution… This involves a reaffirmation of our Constitution in states attempting to give sanctuary to American Liberty and Rule of Law.
The Anarchists, Antifa, BLM and Islamists masquerading as Democrats are involved in efforts to undermine our Constitution. They prefer the rule of men, mob rule. We know the terminus of this is, irrevocably, and unmistakably tyranny.
Perhaps what is needed is a concept. Perhaps not a new concept, rather a Constitutional Confederation of States. Maybe it is time to pursue a Constitutional Confederation. It would be an alliance of those states that are not urban, leftist, or mob-ruled. They would be those whose delegations could assemble to affirm the authority of our Constitution.
The goal would be to provide broader sanctuary for the Rule of Law. As it is envisioned in the U.S. Constitution. In effect these member states would re-ratify our Constitution. They would reaffirm its supremacy as law. Let’s call it a back to basics confederation. If you want to be a Leftists you are encouraged to opt-out.
