Data Point – For context, remember that the US spends $30 Billion a year on pet food

by

The Left keeps yammering that there’s too much money in politics. Well, they keep putting into play by making Government too big in terms of

  1. demanding it takes more of your money
  2. spending that money in ways it shouldn’t be – but a lot goes to “friends”

And this election cycle?

2020 Election Spending Records

More and more money is spent to gain that Power because the stakes are too high. If the Left truly wants less money spent on elections, they’d start making it smaller. They won’t, however, because of #2. Really, #2.

It’s not chicken feed, that’s for sure. $14 Billion is no chump change and I’m betting that $2.5 Billion, all said and done, was just for the Presidential race.

But when the Left keeps saying that, just tell them how much we spend on dogs, cats, gerbils, snakes, birds….it really does tell you what we value more (than politics).
