I have sworn the oath of allegiance to the Constitution of New Hampshire and the Constitution for the United States of America. My sacred oath compels me to defend the laws of the land against all enemies both foreign and domestic. We now have domestic enemies among us.

Christopher Sununu has exercised powers not delegated to him by people of this State as defined by the Constitution of New Hampshire. And by such actions, he has caused repeated injuries to people of this State. Sununu has used the media to threaten the people of this State with fines, and violence in form of arrest, criminal prosecution for failure to acknowledge his acts of pretend-legislation.
Sununu has violated his oath of office and suspended his Constitutional obligations and the Constitutional rights of the people to faithfully uphold the laws of the land. Sununu has declared for himself and is vested with the powers to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. The legislative fiat he has cited NH RSA 4:45; is the exercise powers not delegated to the governor or the general court by the Constitution (the laws of land). All of his emergency orders are Unconstitutional as the legislative body and the office of the governor cannot expand the power of government without the consent of the people.
He is openly threatening the people of this State with violence for failure to comply with his unconstitutional orders; he has no authority to exercise or enforce. And by such actions, he has openly declared war on the people of New Hampshire.
There is no longer any redress of grievance for the Citizens of this State, and therefore the people have the Constitutional right to revolt; As quoted from the Constitution of New Hampshire, Part I Bill of Rights, Article X.
“Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought, to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of non-resistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd; slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.”
Those public servants who enforce any colorable laws which violate the laws of the land, of this State, will be held accountable by the people of this State. “I was just following orders” Remember how well that worked for the Nazis at the Nuremberg trials. If you have served in the military, your oath allegiance does not expire! And under the UCMJ Article 92, the only orders you cannot follow are unlawful orders.
And by such actions, he has declared war on the people of New Hampshire.
