Burglaries are up 118%, and shootings are up 130%. What are the odds that every other crime vector is on the rise as well after letting most of the criminals out of jail and back onto the street? Excellent odds.
And committing a crime is one of the few things you are allowed to do in Mayor de Blasio’s New York City; just make sure you wear a mask for ‘safety.’
Other acceptable activities include protesting the police, looting, or burning things (no carbon offsets required).
If you must travel there, might we suggest you book a tour with the”Snake” Plissken Travel agency? It’s probably your best chance to Escape From New York after you’ve had your fill with not much being open, and the can’t go anywhere or do anything New York State of Mind.
