On July 11, Black Lives Matters Nashua shared a post that was critical of Diana Ploss, the host of a show on Nashua radio station WSMN. Diana Ploss made a video of herself confronting some landscape workers who were speaking Spanish, accusing them of being illegal.
ICYMI: Gov. Sununu Vetoes Democrat’s Latest Job-Killing Mandate
This video was criticized by many in Nashua and WSMN canceled her show.
This post received many angry comments but one comment stood out from the rest. Brenna Connolly, President of the Greater Nashua Young Democrats, commented, tagging Nashua Mayor Jim Donchess.
The implication of this comment is that the Mayor should investigate using the power of the government to shut down WSMN because Brenna does not agree with the content of the shows they are broadcasting.
Is this what the Great Nashua Young Democrats stand for, shutting down a radio station that broadcasts views that are different than their own? Are they opposed to a free press? They are supposed to be the future of the Democrat party and it is looking very dark.
