Michael Moore’s New Documentary: Green Energy is a Scam and We’re All Fools (Video Added)

Last October, in this very space, we announced Michael Moore’s new moment in time. A documentary on how the green moment is not green. It’s dirty, dangerous, another corporate swindle, and we (The Left) all fell for it. It’s not only not green, but it’s also bad for the earth.

I’d like to say I told you so, so I will. I told you so. Hundreds of times, also in this very space. The entire movement is a money-laundering scheme based on fraud, lies, and disinformation, complete with its own Green Stasi who ruin anyone who tries to out them.

Will they ruin Michael? Maybe not. He is still a believer in the greater lie that begot the one he just exposed. That the earth is doomed by human activity. It is not. But the greater lie exists to advance not just green energy but the corporate Marxism of an oligarchic centrally planned state. The latter of which I assume is still okay with Michael Moore. He is, after all, a (statist) socialist capitalist. And there isn’t a left-wing policy (aside from this green energy lie he used to love) that he doesn’t like.

Sure, it would be a fine thing if Michael’s road to Damascus moment could demonstrate to Moore and company that this isn’t the only lie the left loves, but that does not seem to be the case.

Coming of Age on Green Energy

I have not watched it yet but I may (Free on YouTube). Ideally near a room full of believers. The schadenfreude could be inspirational. We might see the seven stages of grief in one sitting.  tough probably just the first four.

The only reason not to watch? Is it worth the time when I already know where it’s going? We’ve been there for years.

Michael Moore presents Planet of the Humans, a documentary that dares to say what no one else will this Earth Day — that we are losing the battle to stop climate change on planet earth because we are following leaders who have taken us down the wrong road — selling out the green movement to wealthy interests and corporate America.

The movie will be enlightening to many on the left who have been calling us green energy deniers (not to be confused with AGW deniers) every time we point out the truth Moore has just unwrapped.

Wind and Solar are dirtier. Batteries are dirtier. None of their solutions can power much if anything, let alone our economy. And all of their ‘cures’ divert the pollution they think they are averting (hide it) to other sources or locations, often making more in the process.

Moore shows one particularly catalyzing moment according to the Report at American Thinker.

[Director Jeff] Gibbs interviews a scientist who researched corporate renewables programs who said, “I haven’t found a single entity anywhere in the world running on 100% solar and wind alone.” The film shows a forest being cut down to build an Apple solar farm.

What a breathtaking example of the contradictions. And it’s Apple!

But the apocalyptic rhetoric detracts little from the heart of the documentary, which exposes the complicity of climate activists including Bill McKibben, founder of 350.org, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and Sierra Club’s Executive Director, in promoting pollution-intensive biomass energies, as well as natural gas.

Moore’s solution is typical left-wing apocalyptic fare. Fewer people, less activity, depopulate the planet. Maybe fewer white people? That’s the only way to save it.

As you can see, Moore and company have uncovered only one eye and the vision is still a bit foggy. But then, they are liberals. Without their lies, they’d have nothing. And the real goal bears repeating. None of this was ever about saving the planet. You’d think a corporate socialist like Michael Moore would know that by now.

I guess he suffers more fools than he realizes, including himself.

Oh, sorry. Happy Earth Day!  Ha! (Added the documentary so you can watch it without leaving the page)
