I’m quite sure that every Party has their annual awards given out and in the case of the NH GOP, they are for the volunteers that do the grunt work necessary to make the Party functional. The Norris Cotton awards are given out at the County level – was glad to see that Grokster Chris Maidment was the recipient for Hillsborough County – I noticed that when his name was called, he received the most applause and “Huzzahs”! Sorry to the others but I’ve been out of the Republican inside baseball to know more of them.
