Common sense, my ass. Anyone with an ounce of sense would look at what these proposals have done everywhere they’ve been tried. But the left’s so-called socio-scientific mind loses its curiosity when and where the facts do not match the promised results.
Results that only make sense if the goal of the policy is something other than public safety.
No, the goal is not public safety. The goal is civilian disarmament to protect the ruling class. If your safety is sacrificed in the process – and it is – so be it.
They do not care.
Women, children, Black, White, straight, gay, Hispanic, rich, poor, working-class, or working poor, it matters not. Protecting the unchallenged authority of the ruling class is job one. Blaming the violence that follows their gun policies is used to advance more of them.
And at no point in this journey is anyone’s safety of any concern except that of the people taking away your right to defend yourself.
Arming law-abiding citizens is the leading cause of peace and prosperity. Democrat gun policy is the leading cause of crime in America. The former leads to self-reliance, the latter to top-down intervention and dependency.
It is no coincidence the party pushing the laws that create crime and chaos is the party of top-down big government intervention.
Electing Democrats is the least safe thing you can do for yourself, your family, and your community.
Now that is common sense.
