A simple question for the 2020 Census form: Are you an American? Yet, it is illustrative of the utter chasm between Progressives (if you can get here, you’re an American and we’ll help you break the laws to be one) and Normals (hey, do it the right way!). There is no middle ground, there is no compromise, there can be no meeting of the minds.
It used to be an article of faith on both sides of the aisle but as the Democrats here saw the elective power that changing the electorate in Britain did for the Labour Party, they decided to do the same. To plaigerize, in part, from one of Rush Limbaugh’s old parody bits, “Yep, he’s breathing” is now all that is needed by the Democrats. Open borders, free stuff, the redefining of the phrase “illegal alien” out of our common lexicon, driver licenses for all knowing it’s a tool to vote?
And yet all of the Democrat Prez wannabees say with a poker face “I will be a uniter”. Pfft.
So instead of asking Democrats the question “what’s the difference between a Democrat and a Socialist?”, ask this one instead:
What’s the difference between an illegal alien and a native born / naturalized Citizen?
I’m betting they’ll just sneer and the question and answer “Actually, nothing anymore”.
