Screw You #MeToo! Kuster and Pappas Reward Employees Disciplined for Sexual Misconduct

Democrats rubber-stamped a 2.6% pay hike for all Federal workers this week. No conditions. Not related to performance. Good at your job or bad, House Democrats gave you a raise even if you have been disciplined for misconduct. Sexual misconduct, that is. That means sexual harassment, boy.

Did you get the Foghorn Leghorn vibe?

Percy alerted us here, but not to how our New Hampshire delegation Voted.

Both New Hampshire Congressional Democrats Ann Kuster and Chris Pappas voted for the 2.6% raise.

They also voted against blocking this raise for federal workers disciplined for sexual misconduct. Voted against it, I say!

That means sexual harassment. The sort of thing that rises to running a Republican official or candidate out of politics. Even when the misconduct if perpetrated by a staffer, a friend, or another Republican they’ve never met.

Sexual misconduct is one of the gravest of sins. It is preached by the Left’s Pharisees. Thou shalt be pilloried in the press, doxxed, and brought to ruin on the thinnest of accusations of sexual misconduct (unless you are an elected Democrat, candidate, or likely to vote for one).

Brett Kavanaugh is a recent victim of the lefts manufactured outrage on the thinnest of accusations. A fearsome juggernaut abandoned when it came time to give likely Democrat voters and donors more money.

The Envelope Please

For clarification, Kuster and Pappas voted to give a raise for those ‘disciplined’ for sexual harassment. By voting against an amendment to prevent it.

“During calendar year 2019, no increase in pay as authorized under this Act may be provided to any Federal employee who has been disciplined for sexual misconduct under chapter 75 of title 5, United States Code, or any other provision of law,” the GOP proposal text read.

Et Tu Brute? Or, should I say, Screw You #MeToo?

After the vote, Republican Mike Johnson farmed it like this.

“Today, House Democrats voted to reward individuals who have engaged in sexual misconduct with a pay raise,” Johnson said in a statement. “Thanks to their votes, those who have been disciplined for these behaviors will be given the same, across-the-board pay increase that their victims receive.”

Ann Kuster was quick to alert taxpayers to how proud she was to give the same raise to sexual harassers and their victims.

“Federal employees are dedicated public servants who perform essential services for all Americans,” said Kuster

Ooh. Essential “services” to all Americans?

Chris Pappas has yet to commend himself for the same “gesture.”
