SCOTUS: Today and Tomorrow – Part 1

by

Last night, Norm Silber (NH and FL based lawyer and Grokster) gave a talk at the Gilford Public Library on “SCOTUS: Today and Tomorrow”; a wide ranging discussion on the US Constitution. overview of our jurisprudence system, the hierarchy of the varying levels in our court system, the case flows within the system, the make up of the court, and upcoming issues that the Court will have to contend with both in cases and with itself. Given that it was local (to me, anyways) and that a Grokster was giving the talk, why wouldn’t I be there?

This is Part 1:

Note: Norm is willing to give this talk in person to anyone, anywhere in NH, and at pretty much, anytime (within reason, of course!)
