Can the Ruth-less Supreme Court look forward to the return of their missing Justice? It’s too soon to tell. But Liberal hearts must be swelling at this news. Ruth Bader Ginsburg (RBG) has been spotted in public. Fox News Reports that,
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday attended a concert …in Washington, D.C., marking her first public appearance since undergoing lung cancer surgery last December.
The choice for her “choice” for a post-surgery, post pneumonia coming out? “Notorious RBG in Song.”
The justice sat in the back of the darkened auditorium at the National Museum of Women in the Arts and, according to The Washington Post, was only spotted by concertgoers as they left the performance.
The concert was presented by RBG’s daughter in law, who “is a soprano and composer.”
We wish Justice Ginsburg a successful recovery and look forward to disagreeing with on nearly everything she writes while still on the court.
Closing note: While her son James says she is walking a mile a day and meeting regularly with a physical trainer we have no word on if she will attend the State of the Union. It may be that appearing in the audience at the concert was a deliberate effort to be seen to ally fears if she failed to appear for Mr. Trumps remarks. Take that to mean what you will.
