New Facebook Poll Question: Use of Deadly Force to Protect the Southern Border

With the introduction of military personnel to patrol the southern border, the question had to be broached. What about deadly force?

They may be there providing support. Working on engineering. Protecting workers installing barriers. But no matter how much marketing or PR you may see about other roles soldiers are a projection of force.

To that point, our newest Facebook poll question is up.

“Should the US Military be allowed to use deadly force to protect the Southern Border?”

Facebook doesn’t give you many characters for the poll options so we went with Yes or No. And I’ve not sought out the rules of engagement so I do not know what authorizations are currently in place.

Take the poll here then add a comment or comments about your thoughts on the military presence. Your preferred rules of engagement. Whatever ideas you have about the situation.

If you “Don’t Do Facebook” add your thoughts below.
