This past Thursday night, Norm Silber gave a talk on “SCOTUS: Today and Tomorrow”; a wide ranging discussion on the US Constitution. overview of our jurisprudence system, the hierarchy of the varying levels in our court system, the case flows within the system, the make up of the court, and upcoming issues that the Court will have to contend with both in cases and with itself.

This is Part 2 from the event that was held at the Gilford Public Library.

Please also note that Norm is also a Grokster – how could I NOT cover an event that was so local (my home town).
