New London, NH – Entrepreneur and conservative talk radio and television show host Keith Hanson officially declared his candidacy today for the New Hampshire GOP Chair seat. Mr. Hanson resides in Grantham and has been the host of “Live and Local in the Morning, “First Look with Keith Hanson” and “The Keith Hanson Show” on Fox News affiliate WNTK and WUVR based in New London and Lebanon, respectively since September of 2015. Mr. Hanson is also the host of “Stark Reality with Keith Hanson,” a conservative television political commentary program airing weekly on the Yankee Communications Network.

“I am proud and honored to announce my candidacy for NHGOP Chair. As an active member of the community as both an engaged citizen and media personality, I have spoken with countless individuals, current and former political figures and business owners who have expressed their desires for strong, bold and innovative leadership that will break from the status quo from within the state Republican party.”

“In less than two years, the State of New Hampshire will hold yet another round of elections that many believe will ultimately prove to be ‘do-or-die’ for the Republican Party. Republicans both expect and deserve strong, bold, and decisive leadership that can deliver upon the promises expressed in both the party platform as well as by the individual candidates. If we expect to retake our state and federal offices, the time for submission and surrender are over. My perspective is not hindered or obscured by political debts owed or personal favors expected, nor is it clouded by perception biases resulting from entrenchment in the political system. Further, I understand that the chronic lack of adequate funding is a direct consequence of the lack of effective leadership, the lack of effective strategy and a lack of confidence in a state party that seems unable to effectively brand and market its own message. Under my leadership, I believe we can not only recapture our former donors, sponsors, and voters but grow new ones by proving to them that we have mobilized and are prepared to do the hard work necessary to restore and expand our place on the political stage.”

“I ask for your vote this January 26th.”
