Democrats in the U.S. Senate are sending you a message. The college campus tactics of guilty until proven innocent have been elevated to nominees for the highest court in the land. That means that if you were to accidentally stumble in front of one of their Social Justice Equity-mobiles they would run you down like (we’re in New Hampshire) a squirrel.
You are familiar with the dusting off of 30-year-old unsubstantiated he-said she-said media lynchings (for political gain) so how about something a few miles closer to home?
Now comes a suit against (Dartmouth) College for expelling a student based on text communications he had with a former girlfriend who was not a Dartmouth student. Said communications, allegedly in violation of a restraining order, were investigated by the police and no charges were brought — but Dartmouth’s crusading administrators chose to act on them nonetheless
Dart blog has screen grabs of some docs from the court and the Defense. It makes for an interesting parallel.
An ex-girlfriend and her mother went after this kid – who had a full boat scholarship – with the intention of getting him kicked out of Dartmouth. And they did. Over a text message that reminded them to please not contact his family.
That’s how he violated the ‘restraining order’ which on its own appears acquired for suspect reasons.
Now we don’t know the nature of the breakup or the relationship beforehand but you don’t get a full boat to a school like Dartmouth without some mad skills or the right connections. And I don’t know if ‘John Doe’ is related to the Kennedy’s or the Clinton’s but that’s not the point. This is about Dartmouth.
Someone used a grudge to work the easily triggered Dartmouth powers that be to punish this kid, and it worked.
He got expelled and now he is suing the college.
I don’t know what Mr. Kavanaugh has planned after all this is over, and that won’t be soon. This will drag out until after November 6th if the Democrats can manage it. All they need is one Flake, and they’re in business. Just like Dartmouth.
