The tolerant left makes a case for a law-abiding armed public after Kaitlin Bennett posts a picture with her scary rifle. Something she is allowed to do as a graduate of Kent State (carry a firearm on campus), but not as a student.
Now that I graduated from @KentState, I can finally arm myself on campus. I should have been able to do so as a student- especially since 4 unarmed students were shot and killed by the government on this campus. #CampusCarryNow pic.twitter.com/a91fQH44cq

As reported by Fox News, Katlin explains.
“I wanted to draw attention to the gun policies on campus that allow guests to open carry, but not students,” she said. “I find it insulting that the school values the lives of their guests more than those attending the university for four years.”
The university has a rule against students, faculty, and staff carrying “deadly weapons.” But Kent State University spokesman Eric Mansfield told Fox News that because Bennett is no longer a student, she violated no policies.
The predictable backlash from the “Tolerant Left™” only sells the proposition. It is the easily triggered who are most likely to lose control and do harm to others. Without the lawful right to carry those others are defenseless unless they happen to have a bucket of rocks handy.
And there are few places less tolerant than the average American University Campus.
