“Take Back Our Taxpayer Rights” at the GST Summer Meeting!
Attorney Chuck Douglas, a former Congressman and former NH Supreme Court Justice, will describe the history of Taxpayer Standing in New Hampshire and the importance of having the voters amend the State Constitution to include standing into our Bill of Rights.
This meeting will raise funds to promote that Amendment (CACR15) to voters. CACR 15 is a constitutional amendment to restore taxpayer standing to sue government. Until recent court rulings, that power helped keep government in check for over a century. CACR 15 passed the legislature with little opposition. It will be on the November ballot. This meeting kicks off our effort to have 2/3rds of voters pass the amendment.

Tickets for the GST Summer Meeting are ON SALE NOW for $20.00 per person.
The meeting is on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Murphy’s Tap Room and Carriage House, 393 NH Rte. 101, Bedford, NH. Hors d’oeurves served with a cash bar.
